Talia Omer
BTF Manager
Before joining BTF, she held senior positions in the Galilee Development Authority and the Ministry for the Development of the Periphery, the Negev and the Galilee. Talia specializes in leading change-generating processes through cooperation between government ministries, municipal authorities, the third sector and the business sector.
Talia holds a degree in Social Studies and MBA.
Meirav Yaniv
BTF Economic Development and Strategic Initiatives
In Beit She’an she leads specific projects related to tourism, employment opportunities, entrepreneurship and quality of life issues. Meirav has a Masters in Social-industrial psychology, and is a specialist in project management, human resources, and business development.
Meital Sudry Eden
Project manager
Meital brings with her diverse experience from many content worlds that require working with organized systems alongside creativity and thinking outside the box.
Meital managed educational teams and projects nationwide in the field of STEM, engaged in education and teaching in schools and local authorities and managed strategic advertising projects for large companies in the economy. Meital is an attorney with a bachelor's degree in business administration with a specialization in marketing from Reichman University, a master's degree in education from Beit Berel College and a master's degree in science and technology education from Bar Ilan University.
Tiltan Katzir
BTF Strategic development manager
Talatan specialized in implementing strategic plans in the community and in the authorities. Experienced in the establishment and support of new departments in the authorities, the establishment of youth centers, community projects and more. Possesses initiative and flight along with tenacity and patience to carry out the processes required for realization.
Her extensive experience includes accompanying private business enterprises alongside community social enterprises, building networks and accompanying partnerships.
Teltan graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology and is currently completing a master's degree in urban planning at the Technion.
Duby Rodman
BTF project manager
Duby is BTF’s project manager. Doby specialized in senior management in organizations and cross-sectoral projects in Israel and abroad. Experienced in initiating and developing strategic partnerships between businesses, authorities, government and public bodies, alongside resource development and fundraising in Israel and abroad. Doby is an attorney and holds a master's degree in business administration.
Yogev Sharvit
Municipal economics expert, analyst of municipal data and services
Yogev has carried out many research projects for local authorities and civic action groups. As part of BTF’s activity, Yogev is carrying out the update and upgrade of the Municipal MRI tool, alongside involvement in the development of the "resources utilization" tool for municipalities in the Arab society. Among municipalities subject to his economic analyses are: Petah Tikva, Or Yehuda, Raanana, Horfesh, Lod.
Yogev holds a BA in Aeronautic Engineering with honors, and a BA in Business Administration.
Idan Porat (PhD)
Urban Planner
Dr. Porat is a senior researcher and senior lecturer at the Technion's Center for urban and regional planning, director of the Laboratory for Spatial Planning and Design and the Laboratory for Urban Capital Resources. Research and development officerer of the "Israel100" initiative
Research areas: strategic spatial urban planning, urban renewal processes, spatial capital models, migration networks, environmental education.
Idan holds a MA and PhD degrees in Urban and Regional Planning and a BA in Environmental Sciences from the Technion.
