OUR MISSION
To reduce gaps between the center and the periphery.
WE LEAD
Holistic view, collaboration & data-based decision making, using tools we develop.
THIS IS WHAT WE DO
Analysis
Planning
Delivery
BTF works to minimize social and economic gaps between the center and the periphery. Our interventions are based on three principles:
-
Every community has capacities, untapped capabilities and assets to deliver systemic change.
-
Change needs to be evidence-based, using a mix of hard and soft data.
-
Change is delivered through the collective efforts of a diverse network of organizational partnerships.
To help organizations and municipalities achieve systemic change, we provide analysis, planning and project delivery services based on decades of experience from on-the-ground project delivery in Israel, the US and the UK.
Our services include a range of tools & techniques:
-
Analysis of hard & soft data.
-
Mapping of key issues, and Decades of experience from on-the-ground project delivery in Israel, the US and the UK.
THE BTF WORKFLOW
Analyze & Map
We build an in-depth picture of the collective and individual strengths and potential of the project or organization. We use a mix of tools and methods.
1
Identify Potential
Potential is built-in to every person, team and organization. We meet with stakeholders, talk, listen and create a range of activities to uncover hidden potential.
2
Establish Trust
Successful, and most importantly, sustainable changes should address the needs and sensitivities of actors coming from three main arenas; civic, bureaucratic and political.
3
Facilitate Change
Change facilitation is the ability to nourish change, and relies on a combination of political and community will to accept the impact of change.
4
Build Capacity
Capacity building is the actualization of ability. The objective is to create sustainable capacity that is based on a mutual vision and shared interest.
5
Transfer Ownership
Ownership is a sense of consensus on leadership and responsibility for the impact of decisions.
